Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager (Foreman) specializing in BMS Controls to lead and supervise installation activities on critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-voltage controls installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a high-availability environment.
What You Will Do
Supervise on-site installations of BMS control systems, interpret system controls drawings, coordinate with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety trades, conduct quality assurance checks, and manage material deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ yrs proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor in controls installation, knowledge of chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, boilers, and mechanical pumping systems, and the ability to work effectively with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- 5+ yrs proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor in controls installation
- Knowledge of chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, boilers, and mechanical pumping systems
- Willingness to apply for government security clearance up to Secret level
- Desire to travel and/or relocate to primary job areas for medium to long-term assignments
- AS (HVAC, MET, EET, etc.) or BS in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical)
- MEP/Construction experience and work with other trades in directing workflow of sub-contractors
- Hands on experience with PLC, HMI and/or DDC systems
- Working knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control valves
- Basic computer hardware troubleshooting and Microsoft OS and associated programs knowledge
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
