Site Manager - Security Operations

The Site Manager will oversee daily security operations at a client site in Nekoosa, Wisconsin, ensuring outstanding client service while developing and supporting a high-performing security team. The position will be a full-time, salaried position.

What You Will Do

The Site Manager will lead and develop a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors, manage daily site operations, scheduling, and staffing, build strong client relationships, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, conduct inspections, and respond to incidents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to obtain or maintain any required Wisconsin private security licensing or permits
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and any other required pre-employment screenings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond quickly during emergencies
