Site Manager

We seek a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Site Manager to oversee all operations at Cyber Express Wash. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the car wash location, including staff supervision, customer service excellence, inventory management, facility and equipment maintenance, and financial performance.

What You Will Do

Oversee the daily operations of the car wash, lead and motivate a team, manage inventory levels, perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of car wash equipment, handle customer inquiries, and monitor and analyze financial performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College degree in business, management, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in the car wash, retail, or service industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with equipment maintenance
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and labor management
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift and perform physical tasks, including cleaning, equipment maintenance, and lifting heavy items as necessary
