The Site Manager will lead a high-performance team, run a tight operation, and own the numbers by driving membership growth, managing P&L performance, and submitting accurate daily and weekly reporting.

Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in a car wash, service, or retail environment
- Proven ability to hire, train, and lead successful teams
- Demonstrated success managing entry-level/hourly employees while minimizing turnover
- Experience managing financial performance or operational KPIs
- Hands-on leadership style — comfortable working outdoors and leading by example
- Professional communication, organizational discipline, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to schedule, standards, and accountability
- Experience leading teams of 10+ employees
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check and MVR check
