Role Overview

As a SITE MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION SUPERVISION TECHNICIAN - SUPERINTENDENT, you will be responsible for managing the manufacturing associates to ensure optimal safety, quality, and productivity standards. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a safe facility environment and a workforce capable of meeting manufacturing requirements in accordance with production & delivery schedules.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include managing product line, direct activities that result in cost savings for the facility, gathering and analyzing data, and managing and coaching the manufacturing associates. You will also be responsible for ensuring all authorized Lockout/Tagout Employees have received the appropriate level of training and that these employees are provided with the proper equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) to perform the job safely and that they are adhering to LOTO procedures.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Industrial, Business Management or Engineering, and a minimum of 7 years of experience. You should have thorough knowledge of the assigned Product Line (Fuel Systems) including operations, procedures, products, terminology, quality standards, and equipment. You should also have workable knowledge of budgets, inventory, costing, scheduling, and customer interface.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Industrial, Business Management or Engineering
