Role OverviewLead the site quality organization to ensure product and process compliance, drive continuous improvement, and deliver strong Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance. Provide direct leadership to Quality Engineers and partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams.
What You Will Do
Lead root cause and corrective action efforts for internal, customer, and supplier quality issues, drive standardization of quality practices, and monitor quality performance indicators.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 5 years experience in a quality, operations, or engineering function
- Significant experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering leadership
- Experience leading salary individual contributors
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action, and quality management systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
