Role OverviewThe Site Quality Leader is accountable for product quality and the site's regulatory compliance standing, ensuring adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and cGMPs, maintaining a state of Inspection Readiness and ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality products from the site.
What You Will Do
The Site Quality Leader will champion the quality culture, take proactive steps to ensure a high level of quality and compliance at the site, and lead the Site Leadership Team in setting the strategic direction of the quality unit and the site.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in a Quality Role in Pharmaceutical / Vaccine / Animal Health / Human Health manufacturing, with a strong background in Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing, and experience working with USDA and European Agencies regulated work.
Requirements
- Biological, Chemistry or Engineering BS / MS / PhD
- Demonstrated significant leadership experience in a Quality Role in Pharmaceutical / Vaccine / Animal Health / Human Health manufacturing
- Operations or Quality Manufacturing preferred
- USDA and European Agencies regulated work experiences desired
- Fluent with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing
