Role Overview

The Site Quality Leader (Quality Manager) will lead all site quality functions, drive quality performance improvements, and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9/14/45001 and regulatory requirements. They will partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, support new product introductions, and resolve quality issues. The leader will develop and lead the quality team through coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

The Site Quality Leader will analyze key metrics, lead root cause investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and reduce customer complaints, nonconformances, scrap, and cost of poor quality. They will also complete Role Standard Work and deliver other duties as assigned.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, a working knowledge of GD&T standards, and expertise in Root Cause Analysis methodologies. They will also have experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), process validation, risk management, and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience managing customer complaints, supplier quality programs, corrective actions, and quality audits
  • Demonstrated success leading quality improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results
  • Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (UL, NSF, LR) and supporting cross-functional operational excellence initiatives
  • ASQ certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, CQA, 6-sigma black belt) preferred
  • Experience with sensors, instrumentation, valves, flow measurement devices, or industrial manufacturing industries is highly desirable
