Job Description
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to design, implement, and maintain robust network systems that power enterprise-level data communications. In this role, you will ensure network reliability, optimize performance, and support critical infrastructure for technology-driven operations.

Requirements

  • Design, configure, and administer network systems to support secure and efficient data communications.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain uptime and reliability.
  • Manage load configurations and recommend upgrades for hardware and software to optimize network performance.
  • Coordinate installation and maintenance of network equipment, including terminals, cabling, and connectivity solutions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for performance analysis, scalability planning, and service architecture improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to negotiate service agreements and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and processes.
