Role OverviewThe Site Security Manager (SSM) will serve as the primary representative for renovation and infrastructure projects associated with the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center – Nellis (JITTC-N) supporting the 31 CTS at Nellis AFB, NV. The role will directly support phased modernization efforts involving facility upgrades, secure communications infrastructure, PDS implementation, and transition toward co-use SCIF/SAPF environments in accordance with ICD/ICS 705 requirements.
What You Will Do
The Site Security Manager (SSM) will maintain and enforce Construction Security Plans (CSPs) supporting ICD 705 compliance requirements, support planning and coordination efforts associated with Protected Distribution System (PDS) implementation and secure infrastructure modernization, and apply working knowledge of CNSSI No. 7003 requirements related to Protected Distribution Systems (PDS), secure transmission pathways, inspection requirements, and physical protection standards for classified communications infrastructure.

Requirements
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
- Minimum 5+ years of Industrial Security experience supporting DoD/DoW or Intelligence Community programs
- Demonstrated experience supporting Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)/Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF)/Special Access Program Facilities (SAPF), construction, renovation, or accreditation projects
- Working knowledge of Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) No. 7003 Protected Distribution System (PDS) requirements
- Experience developing or managing Construction Security Plans (CSPs)
- Working knowledge of construction processes, infrastructure modernization efforts, facility renovations, or Civil Engineering project environments
- Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), ICD/ICS 705, and classified facility compliance requirements
- Ability to manage competing priorities within active operational and construction environments
- Active Top Secret clearance required
