Job Description
Tract is a team of digital infrastructure experts dedicated to accelerating responsible data center growth. We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to manage large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of post-education experience in the management of commercial/industrial land development projects
  • OSHA 30 required
  • CPR/First Aid preferred
  • MSHA Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science OR 10+ years of related construction management experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proficient working knowledge of P6, MS Suite, Bluebeam, Autodesk, and other construction management softwares
