Job Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the operations and training of all assigned employees at the job site, ensuring quality, safe, and efficient operations. They conduct regular reviews, prepare evaluations, and recommend personnel actions.

Requirements

  • Ensure quality, safe, and efficient operations
  • Conduct regular reviews of responsible areas
  • Exercise direct supervision of all assigned employees
  • Prepare evaluations on all assigned personnel
  • Direct all employees in the use of proper methods, techniques, materials, and equipment
  • Maintain contact with customer contract managers
  • Fiscally manage labor, supplies, equipment and other direct line items of contracts
  • Review security, marking, care, and proper use of supplies, equipment, and vehicles
  • Ensure employee time sheet accuracy and timeliness
  • Act as a first contact in case of an emergency, accident, incident, or worker problem
  • Ensure completion and compliance with all other administrative paperwork and/or procedures
  • Conduct established orientation for new staff and workers
  • Submit a monthly report to the Operations Director
  • Facilitate/review safety training daily
  • Follow-up on Quality Control results and perform corrective actions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
