Job Description
Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be the primary interface with overall responsibility for the supervision of the Contract Field Team (CFT) at Naval Station (NAS) Joint Reserve Base (JSB) Fort Worth, TX. They will provide Organizational “O” Level and Limited Depot Level Maintenance Support for F/A-18 A-D aircraft assigned to Squadron VMFA-112 in support of the Commander Naval Air Forces Reserve.

What You Will Do

Supervise day-to-day organizational and limited depot-level support maintenance, coordinate and manage technical and administrative operations, and ensure timely availability of weapon systems to meet specified operational requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, and 5 years as a Maintenance Officer or senior maintenance NCO responsible for Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years as a Maintenance Officer or Senior Maintenance NCO responsible for Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP)
  • Prior contract management experience
