Role OverviewThe Site Supervisor is responsible for interacting with special interest groups, set-up and takedown of special events, and general maintenance of park grounds and buildings.
What You Will Do
Assist in supervising park operations, monitor rentals and events, set-up and takedown of special events, general maintenance of buildings and grounds, and perform manual labor as needed.

Requirements
- Graduation from high school with one year of business experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Demonstrated supervisory skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with staff
- Ability to learn the operation of the facility
- Knowledge of NOVA Parks business practices and money handling procedures
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and related materials
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records
- Ability to use a calculator and computer
- Flexibility and ability to perform all duties of other part-time/seasonal employees as needed
- Ability to gain a working knowledge of NOVA Parks, its history, organization, rules and regulations
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to lift, stoop, bend, and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions
