Role OverviewThe Site Supervisor is responsible for interacting with special interest groups, set-up and takedown of special events, and general maintenance of park grounds and buildings. The role involves supervising park operations, monitoring rentals and events, and performing manual labor and routine maintenance as needed.

Requirements
- Graduation from high school with one year of business experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Demonstrated supervisory skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the staff
- Ability to learn the operation of the facility
- Knowledge of or ability of obtain NOVA Parks business practices and money handling procedures
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and related materials
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records
- Ability to use a calculator and computer
- Flexibility and ability to perform all duties of other part-time/seasonal employees as needed
- Ability to gain a working knowledge of NOVA Parks, its history, organization, rules and regulations
- Availability to work a variable work schedule
- Possession of or ability to obtain valid driver’s license, must maintain safe driving record
