Requirements

  • BA/BS in a technical or management discipline
  • 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, field operations management, or enterprise end-user services
  • 7 years of experience managing multi-site or regional IT support operations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven skills in escalation management, performance monitoring, and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
