Role OverviewAs a Site Surveyor at XYZ Reality, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining control on-site using a Robotic Total Station to enable the usage of the Atom. You will conduct daily site inspections using the Atom to ensure works are installed correctly, and communicate with clients and contractors to plan daily activities.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include using a Robotic Total Station to establish primary and secondary control, conducting daily site inspections, producing reports, attending meetings, and working with contractors to devise a weekly lookahead of inspections.

Requirements
- Experience in construction surveying or engineering surveying
- Strong experience using Robotic Total Stations for construction layout and control
- Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge related to 3D software (Revit, Navisworks etc) or BIM / BIM360
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office
- Clean criminal record
