Role OverviewThe CTO Manager will support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM, located at MacDill AFB in Florida. The purpose of the SITEC 3 EOM is to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services.
What You Will Do
The CTO Manager will receive, review, document, and distribute CTOs, IAVM Alerts, IAVM Bulletins, and related cybersecurity directives to responsible system and service owners. They will also create and maintain task records in approved ticketing, change-management, tracking, and reporting systems, and track cybersecurity taskings from initial receipt through response, validation, and official closure.

Requirements
- Min 12 years with HS Diploma, 10 years AS/AA degree, 8 years with BS/BA degree, 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD
- DoDD 8570 01-M IAT II
- Demonstrated ability to communicate exceptionally well both orally and in writing
- Positive customer service attitude
- Strong proactive team player

- Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000
