Job Description
South Jersey Radiology is seeking Patient Schedulers for our Patient Access Center of Excellence. As a combined organization, SJRA and Larchmont Medical Imaging are positioned as the premier diagnostic imaging practice in the region by continually investing in new technologies and equipment to provide our patients excellence in radiology.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a medical call center or front office preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of multiple insurance eligibility/authorization web sites
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely, possess active listening skills
  • Knowledge of medical insurance
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
  • Good computer skills, proficient in use of computer, keyboard and mouse, as well as other office equipment as necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
