Role OverviewDelivers high-quality ski lesson experiences for students aged 4-6 years old in group lessons, prioritizing safety, fun, and learning. Manages daily operations, staffing, and program activities to meet participant needs and support fiscal responsibility. Coordinates with Ski & Ride School management and other departments to ensure efficient area-wide operations.
What You Will Do
Collaborates with supervisory peers to balance staffing levels, meets program needs, and achieves financial goals while prioritizing safety, fun, and learning. Trains, coaches, and supports instructors using Ski & Ride School teaching and operational standards.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-years experience working in a PSIA/AASI Member School.
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Current PSIA/AASI Level 1 Certification minimum.
- PSIA/AASI Level 2 or higher is preferred.
- Maintain People, Teaching and Technical skills to demonstrate competency in current PSIA/AASI National Standards.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- English required additional language(s) are a plus.
- Must be able to ski and/or ride at a technical level adequate for the performance of the job duties.
