Role OverviewDelivers high-quality ski lesson experiences for students aged 7-14 years old in group lessons, prioritizing safety, fun, and learning. Manages daily operations, staffing, and program activities to meet participant needs and support fiscal responsibility.
What You Will Do
Collaborates with supervisory peers, monitors reservations and staffing requirements, communicates program schedules and assignments, trains and coaches instructors, and recruits and hires high-performing instructors.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-years experience working in a PSIA/AASI Member School.
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Current PSIA/AASI Level 1 Certification minimum.
- PSIA/AASI Level 2 or higher is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
