Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time, day-shift Skill Builder to join our Addictions and Recovery team located in West Lafayette, Indiana. This role will work 4 ten-hour days with an every other weekend rotation. As a Skill Builder, you will be integral in providing behavioral therapy, intensive rehabilitation, wellness education, and post-treatment support to individuals battling substance use disorders.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include counseling, monitoring, and supporting individuals experiencing substance use and mental illness disorders, evaluating and preparing case management plans, organizing and conducting client skills training and education groups, and maintaining 24/7 staff coverage.

Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree required; Associate Degree preferred
