Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time day Skill Builder I for our Children's Services Program located in Delaware County, IN. This position will provide skills and development training to assist patients and/or families in developing skills directed towards achieving developmental milestones and reducing psychosocial barriers.
What You Will Do
Assists the Therapist in developing, implementing and revising individual treatment plans; provides individual and group skills training and development to assist the patient and/or family in developing skills directed toward reducing psychosocial barriers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree required at minimum
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- A valid driver's license with a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
