Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time day Skill Builder I for our CONNXXIONS program. The Skill Builder provides skills and development training to assist patients and/or families in developing skills directed towards achieving developmental milestones and reducing psychosocial barriers.
What You Will Do
Assists the Therapist in developing, implementing and revising individual treatment plans; provides individual skills training and development to assist the patient and/or family in developing skills; provides case management services as identified in the patient’s treatment plan.

We are seeking Skill Builder candidates with a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree required at minimum, and a commitment to providing individual attention to help clients achieve mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree
- A valid driver's license with a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
