Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time, day-shift Skill Builder I to join our team in Children's Program, located in Madison County, Indiana. As a Skill Builder, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients and families develop essential life skills that support developmental milestones and reduce psychosocial barriers.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with therapists to develop, implement, and revise treatment plans. Deliver individual and group skills training for adults and children, focusing on self-care, interpersonal communication, illness and anger management, and positive coping and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree required; Associate Degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required
