Role OverviewAs a Skill Builder, you'll play a vital role in helping patients and families develop essential life skills that support developmental milestones and reduce psychosocial barriers. You'll work closely with therapists and medical staff to coordinate care and implement individualized treatment plans.
What You Will Do
Deliver individual and group skills training for adults and children, focusing on self-care and daily life management, interpersonal communication and parenting, illness and anger management, and positive coping and problem-solving skills. Provide case management services aligned with treatment goals and support integrated care by coordinating with medical providers and identifying health-related needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, BSW) in the following disciplines: Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, Nursing, Recreational Therapy, Rehabilitation, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Pastoral Counseling, Child Development
- One to two years related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required
