Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time day Skill Builder II for our Connxxions program located in Wayne County, IN. The Skill Builder provides individual and group skills training and development to assist clients and/or families in developing skills to reduce psychosocial barriers.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include interviewing, counseling, and providing resolution for clients, case management services, organizing and conducting client support groups, and maintaining working relationships with medical staff and staff of agencies and institutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, Nursing, Recreational Therapy, Rehabilitation, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Pastoral Counseling, or Child Development
- One to two years related experience
- Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
