Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time, day-shift Skill Builder to join our Addictions and Recovery team located in West Lafayette, Indiana. This role will work 4 ten-hour days with an every other weekend rotation. As a Skill Builder, you will be integral in providing behavioral therapy, intensive rehabilitation, wellness education and post-treatment support to individuals battling substance use disorders.
What You Will Do
Counsel, monitor, and support individuals experiencing substance use and mental illness disorders. Evaluate, prepare, and implement case management plans. Organize and conduct client skills training and education groups.

Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 2 years behavioral healthcare experience
