Role Overview

The SkillBridge Project Scheduling Coordinator Intern will gain hands-on experience coordinating personnel and resources across Asset Management and Transactional Due Diligence projects within an Architecture & Engineering environment.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and manage internal and external field resources, track and maintain resource availability, and assist with planning and scheduling building assessments, inspections, and transactional due diligence engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed (preferred), or equivalent training/experience
  • Experience in people scheduling, project coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with project management software and office productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to remote work while maintaining productivity and communication
  • Prior experience in construction, engineering, asset management, or administrative coordination is highly desirable
