Role OverviewPerform regular maintenance duties and supervisory roles, including carpentry, concrete, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall. Directly supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians, order materials, and outline job responsibilities. Perform visual observations, report hazardous concerns, and maintain high-level safety on jobs.
What You Will Do
Perform repairs and installations, respond to maintenance requests, and procure and deliver materials for jobs. Communicate field observations and job statuses to Management, and record time and expenses in ProTec Connect Daily.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in at least 2 trades, is a self-starter, and has good communication skills. They must be able to work unsupervised, possess necessary tools, and have working knowledge of construction materials and tools.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of working experience in at least 2 trades
- Valid Driver's License without any driving restrictions
- Trade, OSHA, and Equipment Certifications (not required)
- Ability to use various construction, power, and hand tools
- Knowledgeable and ability to perform research and problem-solving in most aspects of construction and maintenance
- Self-starter and ability to work unsupervised
- Good communication skills
- Proficient with technology including basic computer skills, software, smartphone, and tablet
