Role OverviewThis employee will be responsible for safely and efficiently setting up and operating machinery, interpreting schedules, and handling materials associated with the department. The person will prepare particle core for Lay Up processes.
What You Will Do
Maintain at least 100% efficiency at all times with a high degree of accuracy, build 51 doors per 15min, and 1100 doors per 8hrs.

Must be a team player, able to work with minimal supervision, and perform any other tasks assigned by group manager.
Requirements
- Must be qualified to safely and efficiently set up and operate machinery
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must maintain a clean and safe working area at all times
- Must be able to read and maintain accurate tape measure to 1/32"
- Must know and understand the product code, batch tickets, and production schedules
