The main day-to-day responsibilities include safely and efficiently setting up and operating machinery, interpreting schedules, and handling materials. The person will also prepare particle core for Lay Up processes and maintain a clean and safe working area.

Requirements
- Must be qualified to safely and efficiently set up and operate machinery
- Must follow all safety rules for using the Jump Saw, Table Saw, and Band Chopper
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must maintain at least 100% efficiency at all times with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be able to read and maintain accurate tape measure to 1/32"
- Must know and understand the product code, batch tickets, and production schedules
