Job Description
Performs skilled work in one or more trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, welding, or painting, to maintain state buildings and infrastructure. Conducts routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two (2) years of experience in one or more skilled trades
  • Trade-related certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, journeyman electrician, plumbing license)
