Job Description
Goodwill NCW is a nonprofit organization seeking a Skills Trainer to assist in the intake, creation, and oversight of participants in the Project SEARCH program to ensure individualized services are consistently delivered with all partners following best practices and funding source requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of previous experience working with individuals with barriers in a workplace setting
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel to other locations
  • Intermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
