The role involves handling luggage, assisting with check-in processes, and offering directions or assistance throughout the airport experience in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy baggage regularly
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, airport, or baggage handling experience
