Requirements

  • Supervise and transition scholars between academic and athletic sessions
  • Lead structured daily activities focused on teaching life skills through sports

  • Collaborate with fellow coaches to manage the daily program schedule
  • Communicate with parents and apply basic de-escalation techniques
  • Maintain daily inventory of sports equipment
  • Complete brief daily reports summarizing activities and incidents
