Job Description
The Staff Physician provides direct patient care and emergency services in an effort to ensure that patient health care needs are met at all times. The job requires technical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality medical care.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates a commitment to the philosophy and values of the organization
  • Accurately assesses health status of patients
  • Responsible for medical supervision and direction of all care rendered
  • Works closely with Physician Practice Management Director and other management and clinical staff
  • Maintains good working relationship with consulting, referring and attending physicians
  • Participates in committee activities required of hospital Medical Staff members
