Sloane's Tavern Bartender - part-time/seasonal

Requirements

• Greet all guests as they enter the Tavern.
• Set up bar for each service with product, glassware, garnishes etc. and maintain through service.
• Keep bar area tidy- walk out from behind the bar to straighten chairs, sanitize tables, straighten cushions, and sweep the floors.
• Build cocktails consistently according to the training aids provided by leadership.
• Entertain guests at the bar while making drinks for the dining room during dinner service.
• Take to-go orders via phone and in person.
• Process payments for all golf cart to-go orders.
• Provide exemplary service to guests at the bar and at any assigned table in the dining room.
• Restock the outlet with any product that was heavily used or depleted at the end of service, so the next team of colleagues is set up for success.
• Be mindful of how much alcohol the guests have consumed and be prepared to stop serving someone if need be.
• Sanitize after every guest uses the bar or tables in the lounge.
• Run drinks to tables in the dining room if servers are busy and bartenders have down time.
