Job Description
Join Miraval Berkshires as a Service Assistant (Busser) in a part-time/seasonal position. Assist in maintaining a high level of service standards, ensure server stations are properly stocked, and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Ensure that all server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service
  • Maintain a clean and organized service space
  • Provide initial water service to assigned tables
  • Communicate with the greeter to inform about available tables
  • Keep server station clean and stocked, including beverages, condiments, and to-go items
  • Assist in delivering food to guest tables and fulfill Food Runner assignment
  • Pre-bus tables and provide water refills actively
  • Polish and restock glassware and silver in downtime
  • Break down dining room at end of service
  • Dispose of dirty linen and recycling from the dish station at end of shift
