Job Description
Join Miraval Berkshires as a part-time/seasonal Sloane's Tavern Service Assistant (Busser) and contribute to the high-end wellness experience. As a fundamental part of the Food & Beverage team, you'll ensure excellent service and maintain the organization of service spaces to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

  • Ensure server stations are properly stocked
  • Maintain the dish station setup
  • Provide initial water service to assigned tables
  • Clean and reset guest tables
  • Communicate available tables to the greeter
  • Clean and stock server station
  • Assist in delivering food to guest tables
  • Actively pre-bus tables and provide water refills
  • Polish and restock glassware and silver
  • Break down dining room at end of service
  • Dispose of dirty linen and recycling
