Role OverviewResponsible for ensuring excellent service and value to our guests while earning revenue for the Nisqually Red Wind Casino. Make change and pay out jackpots on the gaming floor or behind the counter at the point-of-sale stations. Explain to guests how to play the Slot Machines offered in the Casino. Assist guests with minor machine problems.
What You Will Do
Make change, pay out jackpots, explain slot machine rules, assist with minor machine problems, maintain the cleanliness of the gaming floor, and perform routine machine maintenance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a team player with excellent guest skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, active listening skills, and the ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
Requirements
- Basic math skills and passing math quiz with 80% or higher.
- Cash handling experience of $1000 or more.
- Excellent guest skills.
- Ability to work productively.
- Ability to perform all job duties accurately.
- Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
