Role OverviewThe employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests, monitoring performance of slot machines, and ensuring the safety and security of all guests.
What You Will Do
Provides exceptional guest service, verifies jackpots, pays jackpots, completes paper fills, and accurately fills out related paperwork. Performs minor repair to slot machines, handles guest relations, and maintains a spotless casino.
