Role Overview

As a Slot Supervisor, you will provide frontline leadership and operational oversight for the Slot Operations team. You will be responsible for supervising Slot Attendants, ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations, supporting exceptional guest service, and maintaining efficient daily operations on the casino floor.

What You Will Do

Safeguard company assets and promote the safety and security of guests, team members, and gaming operations throughout all slot areas. Enforce company policies, departmental procedures, internal controls, and applicable gaming regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous casino operations, gaming, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of slot operations, gaming regulations, internal controls, and Title 31 requirements
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling sensitive information and cash-related transactions with accuracy and discretion
  • Proficiency in completing operational reports, logs, and documentation
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions under pressure
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and permits
  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and maintaining company standards
