Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Three (3) years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots, preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Have basic math skills.
- Have proficient money handling skills.
- Follows all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment for guests and Team Members.
- Have thorough understanding of Title 31 requirements, including, but not limited to: MTLs and CTRC-Ns, logging requirements, and all acceptable currency transactions.
- Follow all Responsible Gaming Guidelines, including, but not limited to: self-limiting requests and checking identification for individuals who appear under 30 years old.
