Job Description
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills to external and internal guests, performs repairs and maintenance of all slot equipment, and responds to guest complaints regarding technical problems with slot machines.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years slot maintenance and/or slot floor experience and/or related experience and training.
Electronics experience and/or degree preferred.
Minimum of one year slot maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to work in smoke-filled environment, and sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
