Job Description
Provide general maintenance and repairs to slot machines and related gaming equipment, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Safeguard the company's assets and customers' safety
  • Perform repairs and maintenance as assigned or in accordance with existing procedures
  • Installation, movement, denomination, and game change of slot machines
  • Perform predetermined tests and checks on specific machines
  • Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines
  • Promote outstanding guest relations
  • Perform all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations
