Job Description
This position typically starts at $20.00 per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full‐time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. Responsible for performing advanced slot machine repairs and technical work, including troubleshooting, modifications, and preventative maintenance.
Requirements
Install, test and maintains electronic gaming equipment and components, systems, and sub-systems required for continuous and efficient business operations.
Makes required adjustments, repairs and/or replaces such equipment when needed.
Performs duties of Slot Attendant/Host when needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum performance of all slot machines on the casino floor.
Knowledge of basic electronics.
Role model great Guest Service and teamwork.
Knowledge of the Caesars Rewards program and service recoveries.
Understands department procedures, Internal Controls, and instructs/advises peers on the correct procedures.
In-depth knowledge of the Slot Equipment.
Knowledge of power tools and other shop equipment safely and correctly.
Knowledge of SDS works and be able to identify and repair all its parts components.
Troubleshoot and repair common problems and the new or uncommon problems that occur within the slot machines and bill validators, bill breakers, table equipment, and signs on the casino floor.
Generate and use daily SDS reports including other advanced reports (i.e., M-lists, C-lists, etc.).
Troubleshoot problems on Mikohn and CDS progressive systems.
Working knowledge of Shuffle master equipment, where spare machines and parts are stored, and how to troubleshoot and repair problems.
Troubleshoot an SDS line problem using SDS line maps and tester.
Working knowledge of EMAIL, WORD, EXCEL, and ETERM.
Basics of troubleshooting electronic circuit boards.
Use a Kobetron unit.
