RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and review insurance submissions, quotes, proposals, and policy documents for accuracy and professionalism.

  • Manage service requests, including certificates of insurance, endorsements, audits, and premium financing.

  • Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with insurance requirements.

  • Deliver timely binders, invoices, and finalized policies to clients.

  • Communicate professionally and follow up with clients, carriers, producers, and team members.

  • Prioritize and manage workload effectively, delegating tasks to Account Assistant as needed.

  • Participate in renewal meetings and collaborate with producers and Account Managers.

  • Maintain certifications, complete training, and stay current on carrier underwriting requirements.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years industry experience including at least 3 years at the Account Manager level
  • Applicable state P&C Agents License
  • Industry related certifications expected
  • College degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Hourly range is $28 to $31 per hour.
