Role Overview

We are looking for a Small Business Assistance Program Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our full portfolio of business support programs. You will oversee scopes, budgets, consultant staffing, funder deliverables, and outcomes across multiple jurisdictions and funding sources. You will directly mentor and lead our team of business consultants, hold the compliance calendar, and help fuel our portfolio's growth by pursuing new government and grant opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or community initiatives
  • 3+ years of government contracting/grant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Tech literacy in tools like Slack, Zoom, Calendly, Google Workspace, Harvest, and custom CRM/tracking tools
