Role OverviewThe Small Business Unit Commercial Account Manager will support and retain a high-volume portfolio of small business commercial lines clients. The role involves handling day-to-day servicing needs, ensuring policy accuracy, processing transactions efficiently, and delivering responsive, relationship-focused service to clients.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting periodic service calls, responding to client inquiries, and delivering high-volume, high-quality account service.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial lines P&C insurance experience

- Ability to manage a book of $225,000–$350,000 in agency revenue
- Proficiency in AMS-360, ImageRight, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to procedures
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to change and follow agency guidelines
- Commitment to continuing education
